Attorney Randy Goodis has a strong background that speaks for itself. He received his Undergraduate degree from Boston University in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1993. Throughout his career, Mr. Goodis has reached several milestones that set him apart from other attorneys. He participated as a lecturer at eleven DUI seminars that have been attended by defense lawyers and prosecutors in approximately the past seven years. Mr. Goodis’s excellence in the field of DUI defense also earned him the position of being a named partner at Essen, Essen, Susaneck, Canet & Goodis. At Essen... & Goodis, Mr. Goodis was the former division Chief for Dade County, he was also Chief of the Travel Team, and the Lead Trial Attorney for Broward County. Mr. Goodis was also a Prosecutor/Assistant State Attorney in the DUI Division in Orlando, Florida. Attorney Goodis was also the former DUI Division Chief at the State Attorney’s Office in Osceola County and he began his career by working as a Public Defender in Seminole County, Florida, where he never lost a trial. Mr. Goodis attended the Advanced DUI Trial Advocacy School in Gainesville, Florida and the DUI Trial Advocacy School in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Goodis has been the author of many legal decisions that have helped shape the Florida DUI laws into what they are today.
